About us



Calum who grow up on the island returned 10 years ago with his wife Pat.

They continue to live on the family croft but have built a modern home which is the location on the bed and breakfast. 

Both Calum and Pat are extremely knowledgeable about the islands history and what it has to offer visitors today.

North Uist has many prehistoric structures, including the Barpa Langass chambered cairn, the Pobull Fhinn stone circle, the Fir Bhreige standing stones, the islet of Eilean Dòmhnuill (which may be the earliest crannog site in Scotland),and the Baile Sear roundhouses, which were exposed by storms in January, 2005.
